INGREDIENTS
  1. 16 oz pizza dough ball

  2. 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  3. 1 1/2 cup marinara sauce (or other preferred)

  4. 1 1/2 cup favorite filling (pepperoni, sausage, etc)

  5. 1 egg lightly beaten

  6. Fresh parsley

RECIPE
  1. ​​​Thaw Lamonica's Pizza Dough ball according to directions.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 

  3. Roll the pizza dough into rectangle that almost covers the area of the sheet pan, leaving a 1 inch border all around.

  4. Ladle marinara, cheese and favorite topping. 

  5. Roll the dough up, seal the edges and cut some vents on top. 

  6. Brush the lightly beaten egg over the top and sides of the dough. 

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until stromboli is golden brown and cheese is melted. 

  8. Sprinkle with the parsley, let rest, slice and serve.
