The Lamonica family has been in the pizza business since 1954. We know that great pizza starts with great dough. We started making great pizza dough in Brooklyn in 1962.
Lamonica’s Pizza Dough International, Inc., expanded to Los Angeles in 1991. We currently operate four state-of-the-art frozen dough facilities that make dough that tastes like it was prepared fresh in your pizzeria.
Our bakers have more than 150 years of combined experience in industrial pizza production. We built our reputation on our core values, of quality, consistency and safety. Every dough ball is X-rayed, reinforcing our commitment to safety without compromise.
Today, Lamonica’s Pizza Dough produces over 150 million pounds of frozen pizza dough annually. We proudly use only 100% natural, non-GMO ingredients, ingredients a child can understand.
