INGREDIENTS
  1. 16 oz Lamonica's Pizza dough ball

  2. 5 TBSP Unsalted Butter (melted)

  3. Olive oil

  4. 3 Garlic Cloves, minced

  5. 1 TSP Dried Oregano

  6. Sea Salt flakes

RECIPE
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

  2. Thaw Lamonica's Pizza Dough ball according to directions, then divide the dough into 4 sections.

  3. Flatten dough into 4 appx. 5-inch rectangles.

  4. Using a knife, cut each rectangle of dough into 4 long strips, then halve the strips so you have 8 total.

  5. Roll each strip out into a rope 5 inches in length and form each into a knot by tucking the ends under into a ball about the size of a ping pong.

  6. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. and brush the surface of each twist with olive oil.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until nicely browned on top. 

  8. While knots are baking, melt your butter in a sauce pan under medium-low heat. 

  9. Add garlic and oregano, cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, then remove from heat. 

  10. Gently toss knots in butter mixture and serve immediately.
