16 oz Lamonica's Pizza dough ball

5 TBSP Unsalted Butter (melted)

Olive oil
-
3 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 TSP Dried Oregano

Sea Salt flakes
RECIPE

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Thaw Lamonica's Pizza Dough ball according to directions, then divide the dough into 4 sections.

Flatten dough into 4 appx. 5-inch rectangles.

Using a knife, cut each rectangle of dough into 4 long strips, then halve the strips so you have 8 total.

Roll each strip out into a rope 5 inches in length and form each into a knot by tucking the ends under into a ball about the size of a ping pong.

Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. and brush the surface of each twist with olive oil.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until nicely browned on top.

While knots are baking, melt your butter in a sauce pan under medium-low heat.

Add garlic and oregano, cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Gently toss knots in butter mixture and serve immediately.
