16 oz Lamonica's pizza dough ball

1 cup barbeque sauce, plus extra for drizzling

1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)

2 tbsp olive oil

4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

4 oz sharp cheddar or smoked gouda cheese, shredded

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

4 scallions, thinly sliced

Optional garnishes: fresh scallions, crushed red pepper flakes, or a drizzle of ranch dressing
RECIPE

Thaw Lamonica's Pizza Dough ball according to directions.

Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, toss the cooked shredded chicken with about half of the BBQ sauce until well coated.In a medium bowl, toss the cooked shredded chicken with about half of the BBQ sauce until well coated.

On your prepared baking sheet, use your fingertips or a rolling pin to press the pre-bought pizza dough into an oval or rectangle shape. Brush the surface of the dough lightly with olive oil.

Spread the remaining BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over the sauce, then top with the BBQ chicken mixture and thinly sliced red onions.

Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the flatbread from the oven. Top with the sliced scallions and any optional garnishes. Slice and serve warm.
